RASK Attorneys-at-Law Joins the International Law Firm Network Interlaw

In January 2026, law firm RASK joined the international law firm network Interlaw and became its first strategic partner in the Baltic States.

Founded in London in 1982, Interlaw is an international network of independent law firms that promotes cross-border cooperation and provides high-quality legal services worldwide.

“Our clients are increasingly operating across borders – whether investing in Estonia, expanding into Europe, or managing global transactions. Interlaw enables us to provide coordinated, reliable legal advice at a consistently high level across most jurisdictions around the world,” said Ramon Rask, partner at RASK.

The Interlaw network includes more than 8,000 lawyers in numerous countries, and admission requires a rigorous due diligence process. “We underwent a thorough audit, which included client interviews, a review of procedures, and on-site visits. Being admitted to the network is recognition of the work we have done so far,” Rask added. “The firm’s professional standard has also been consistently recognised by international rankings, including Legal 500 and Chambers Europe.”

Interlaw views Estonia and the Baltic region as a fast-growing and strategically important market. Estonia’s strong digital infrastructure, transparent regulatory environment, and competitive tax system support increasing interest from international companies and investors, particularly in the technology, deep tech, and defence sectors.

“RASK’s strong legal expertise, deep knowledge of the Estonian market, and client-centred approach make them an excellent addition to the Interlaw network,” said Michael Pattison, Director of Interlaw. “RASK’s inclusion strengthens Interlaw’s regional capabilities and creates clear added value for our clients in advising on cross-border transactions and investments.”
