At the workshop, the legal maze of building energy efficiency was discussed. Current requirements and future challenges for real estate developers, owners, and managers were outlined, particularly in relation to the installation of solar panels and electric vehicle chargers.

The workshop was led by RASK attorneys-at-law Marina Lapidus and Ken Kaarel Gross, who have extensive experience in various energy-related projects, advising on the development of wind and solar parks, conducting transactions for energy companies, and implementing energy-efficient solutions in buildings.
