Annika Vait has more than two decades of association consulting experience, and during this time she has repeatedly received the highest recognition in international legal market reviews. She has also been active in the Commercial Law Committee of Estonian Bar Association for more than ten years, being, among other things,also a co-author of Äripäev’s handbooks and Addenda's partner in running a legal blog.

According to Ramon Rask, partner and co-founder of RASK law firm, Annika Vait's contribution is not limited to outstanding professional work. "It is known that Annika, as a attorney-at-law, is one of the most knowledgeable business advisors in Estonia. At the same time, her social footprint and social nerve are significantly larger and sharper," says Rask.

To confirm this, Annika Vait is also a member of the equal treatment and well-being working group of the Responsible Business Forum, and for many years contributed to the preparation of the annual reports of the Human Rights Center, as well to the "Job Shadow Program" and to the "Together with Work" project, she has also introduced the everyday work of a lawyer in Rocca al Mare school.
