26.10: Toolkit for sustainable hiring – your guide from smart option programs to remote work

On Wednesday, October 26 RASK legal experts Kai Villemson and Karl-Kristjan Kahm will conduct a seminar at GreenEST Summit and highlight important legal aspects in employment relationships with a view towards ensuring their longevity and sustainability.

Employers and employees alike aspire towards building and maintaining sustainable and mutually beneficial working relationships. These goals are achieved through the implementation of efficient remuneration schemes and flexible working conditions; however, practice shows that many important aspects of such arrangements are often overlooked in negotiations. Poorly thought out and executed bonuses and work-life balance agreements can lead to dissatisfaction and even unwanted yet avoidable costs.

The seminar aims to provide both sides of an employment agreement tips on how to better create and negotiate sustainable and value-creating option schemes and what are the critical legislative issues to consider when granting and accepting flexible working conditions in a contemporary employment relationship.

The seminar will be held at GreenEST Summit.
GreenEST Summit is the flagship green innovation event that brings together public and private sector experts, cleantech companies and investors from all over Europe to discuss how to accelerate the inevitable green revolution!

The event as well as the seminar will also broadcast live on the WorksUp platform for its online attendees!
