RASK partner Tarmo Peterson gives a training session at the Chamber of Enforcement Officers and Trustees in Bankruptcy
On 16 February, RASK partner Tarmo Peterson conducted in-depth training for the members of the Chamber of Enforcement Officers and Trustees in Bankruptcy regarding the amendments to the Reorganisation Act, which entered into force in July 2022 and are related to the incorporation of European Union Directive 2019/1023 into Estonian law. During the training session, both the key changes in the Reorganisation Act and the impact and aims of these changes were examined in detail.
Tarmo Peterson is head of insolvency at RASK and has participated in expert groups for the revision of the Estonian insolvency law as well as for developing new amendments to the Reorganisation Act and Bankruptcy Act.
