RASK and Comodule, one of Estonia’s most high-flying start-ups, organise workshop for law students

On 28 February, RASK is organising a unique workshop for law students in cooperation with Comodule, one of the most successful start-ups in Estonia. Combined as a single event, the workshop provides first-hand insight into the exciting workings of the start-up world as well as the role of the lawyer in the success stories of Estonian start-ups.

RASK is a contracted on-call legal consultant to promising new talent at the Tehnopol Startup Incubator as well as to technology companies, such as Cleveron, Ridango and Fiizy, that are breaking into the global market as innovation leaders.

The RASK student workshop will feature experience, thoughts and useful lessons shared by attorney-at-law Timo Kullerkupp, RASK’s Head of Practice in finance and technology, and attorney Karl Erik Esko. Rather than focus solely on contract law, the workshop will take a comprehensive look at legal consultation as a whole.

In the small and personal setting, the participants will also have a unique opportunity to meet with Kristjan Maruste, co-founder of the Estonian internet of things flagship Comodule, who will offer an insight into the formulas for growing a start-up.

Comodule CEO and co-founder Kristjan Maruste is a new-generation leader who has built his business into a global market leader in electric vehicles and batteries and smart solutions with an annual turnover of over 16 million euros in just a few years. Comodule is a startup that sprang from the Tallinn University of Technology. It now has branch offices in Berlin and Taipei and holds contracts with European and Asian technology giants.
