Estonian Bar Association selects RASK Attorneys-at-Law as sole representative in state legal aid concerning issues of public law

We hereby announce that the Estonian Bar Association has selected RASK Attorneys-at-Law as its sole representative in state legal aid concerning issues of public law. This means that over the next two years, RASK in cooperation with the Estonian Bar Association will offer legal aid to the least privileged people who have found themselves in disputes with different public institutions.

Being selected to implement the service is important to RASK for many reasons:

firstly, it is a clear recognition of the office’s previous activity;
secondly, it is our chance to promote the development of society, and;
to change the perception of state legal aid as a service.

The state legal aid project is an ambitious project for which we have great expectations and intend to deliver some changes.

It also means that as of autumn, two lawyers/attorneys specialised in administrative law will join the RASK team.

We believe that our extensive practice, greater workforce and the same uncompromising attitude to work as in the last two years make us even better partners for our current clients and associates.
