RASK help students train for world’s largest Moot Court Competition

On 9 March, RASK helped train students from the University of Tartu who will represent Estonia at the prestigious 2018 Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. Jessup is the world’s largest Moot Court Competition for students. This year, over 645 universities from 95 different countries will participate in the competition.

RASK partner Ramon Rask, attorneys Andrei Svištš, Karl Erik Esko and lawyer Carmel Tellis helped the students prepare for the oral part of the competition.

This year’s case is about arbitration, Maritime Law and the use of armed force.

The final round of the competition will be held in April in Washington D.C.

RASK Attorneys-at-Law wishes all the best and good luck to the students!
