RASK offers comprehensive on-call legal consulting to leading Estonian and Baltic investment funds and advisers, such as BaltCap, SmartCap, Zenith Family Office and Spring Capital Management. Head of Practice – Ramon Rask
RAKS’s Corporate and M&A team is led by partner Ramon Rask, a valued expert with more than 10 years of experience in the field. Ramon has been involved in legislative efforts as a member of the Commercial Law Committee of the Estonian Bar Association and has shares his knowledge as a lecturer on corporate law at the Estonian Business School.
Ramon has been keen to work with foreign investors, noted and recommended as a valuable partner throughout the investment cycle, from sector analysis, deal structuring and execution, to subsequent day-to-day legal servicing and advising on the exit process.

Co-head of the field – Karl-Kristjan Kahm
Karl-Kristjan has extensive cooperation experience with leading Estonian banks, pan-Baltic investment and real estate funds and other large international companies. He has been a reliable partner in the execution of several large transactions, be it the acquisition of loan portfolios, large-scale real estate investments, execution of cross-border transactions or complex sales transactions of companies.
In addition to the financial and real estate sectors, Karl-Kristjan is also in the field of consulting companies in the technology sector. He helps innovation leaders with an international focus as well as fast-growing start-ups to start, scale and attract investments.
Co-head of the field – Annika Vait
With nearly two decades of experience in corporate advisory, Annika has repeatedly garnered high recognitions in international legal market reviews. Notably, one of the world's largest legal directory publications, Legal500, awarded Annika the highly esteemed "Leading Individual" title in the field of Corporate and M&A for 2024. Annika advises clients on matters ranging from corporate law, M&A, labor law, to ongoing business advisory issues, including contract drafting, negotiations, and, when necessary, dispute resolution.
Prior to joining RASK, Annika spent about a decade as an entrepreneur, serving as a partner, founder, and leader at the law firm ALTERNA. This experience enables her to understand entrepreneurs' needs well and focus on finding effective solutions. Consequently, many clients within Annika's portfolio rely on her daily legal advisory services, seeking assistance with various business-related issues.
For over a decade, Annika has been active in the Estonian Bar Association's Business Law Committee, contributing as an active member to Estonia's legal development. Additionally, she has co-authored handbooks for Äripäev and has been a collaborative partner with Addenda in maintaining legal blogs.
