As founder and partner of RASK Attorneys-at-Law, Ramon is a highly regarded advisor with expertise in the daily business activities of domestic and international companies, the conduct of complex merger and acquisition transactions and issues related to the financing of business activities.
Ramon has lengthy and extensive experience in advising foreign investors, being an indispensable partner throughout the whole investment cycle, starting from the analysis of the object and area of investment, the development of the transaction structure and the conduct of the transaction up to the ongoing servicing of the object and the exit of the investor at a later stage. Ramon’s clients include several internationally renowned investment advisors whose portfolios contain both major regional companies as well as large investors with a significant volume of investments in Estonia.
Ramon also represents his clients in court disputes and he has been an advisor in a number of ground-breaking and sizeable court cases. For example, he has acted as a defence counsel in tax, intellectual property and commercial criminal cases, as well as in complex media disputes. He has also represented clients at the European Court of Human Rights.
Ramon is a member of the Estonian Bar Association Commercial Law Committee, chairman of the Anti-Doping Apellate Panel at the Estonian Anti-Doping Agency of the Estonian Olympic Committee and an experienced lecturer who has trained a large number of entrepreneurs as well as lawyers and judges of the Republic of Estonia.
