RASK prepares bond issue programme for Nordic Hypo Capital.

RASK prepared the first bond issue programme for Nordic Hypo Capital, in which two successful separate bond issues were organised as of February 2016. Bond issues are aimed at professional investors. The programme will further increase the volume of issues in the future.
Bonds issued by Nordic Hypo Capital are backed by guarantees provided by one of Estonia’s largest mortgage lenders, Nordic Hypo and its subsidiaries.
The documents of the bond issue programme include bond issue conditions prepared by RASK as well as contracts regulating the guarantee relationship between Nordic Hypo Capital and Nordic Hypo for the protection of investors.
Nordic Hypo Capital OÜ is a special-purpose association for bond issues.
