EfTEN's successful advisory in the acquisition of Kristiine Shopping Centre

RASK Law Firm's sworn attorneys Ramon Rask, Marina Lapidus, and Karl-Kristjan Kahm advised the shareholders of Estonian-based EfTEN Kristiine OÜ in acquiring the Kristiine Shopping Centre from the Finnish company Citycon. This was the largest real estate transaction in the Baltics in 2024, valued at 129 million euros.
