RASK consults Elle Capital in major real estate investment transaction.

Case

RASK advised Elle Capital on exiting the real estate development and management company Arealis, which owns and manages a number of well-known A-class office buildings in Tallinn.

Some of Arealis’ most established projects are the Nordea Building (now Luminor), the headquarters of Estonian Railway and Skype’s headquarters at TTU Tehnopolis.

RASK advised Elle Capital throughout the investment process, from Arealis’ entry to real estate sphere in 2013 to its exit in 2018.

Arealis AS is a company specializing in the development or real estate, owned by the Nordic Contractors AS group controlled by Toomas Luman. Arealis first began operating in 2005. The company consolidates investments and development projects, for the most part, into commercial buildings and also partially into apartment buildings.
