RASK advised the technology company Bisly on raising €6.2 million
Case
Attorneys-at-law Karl Erik Esko and Karl-Kristjan Kahm from RASK advised Estonia’s leading next-generation smart building technology company Bisly in its €6.2 million Series A funding round. RASK provided end-to-end legal counsel, including negotiations, preparation of transaction documents, and execution of the deal.
Karl Erik Esko, who led the RASK team, highlighted the significance of the round: “Bisly truly deserves recognition. The ability to raise a strong Series A in today’s economic climate from both Estonian and international investors speaks volumes about the strength of their product and team. Given the potential of Bisly’s technology in tackling the climate crisis, they are a company worth rooting for.”
Bisly, which has secured a market-leading position in Estonia, plans to use the new capital for European expansion—particularly in Germany and the United Kingdom, where the company has already opened offices and begun forming partnerships.
