RASK represents client in damages claim for more than 8 million euros.

The claim was based on an unfounded bankruptcy petition filed by Pärnu Laevatehas against Transcom, which brought about the seizure of 50% of the shares in Pärnu Sadam belonging to Transcom for more than 4 months, and thereby, the transfer of the shares in question was prevented.
