RASK represents Nordic Hypo in applying for creditor’s licence.

Case

RASK consulted and represented the financial services provider Nordic Hypo in applying for a creditor’s and mortgage creditor’s licence. On 21 March 2016, the Financial Supervision Authority issued a creditor’s and mortgage creditor’s license to Nordic Hypo.

RASK consulted and represented Nordic Hypo in the preparation of the application for the creditor’s and mortgage creditor’s license submitted to the Financial Supervision Authority, as well as in the subsequent processing of the application. During the preparation of the application, RASK consulted the client on the conversion from a private limited company to a public limited company and preparing the application documentation, as well bringing the activity of Nordic Hypo into compliance with the requirements of the Creditors and Credit Intermediaries Act. In the procedure of the Financial Supervision Authority, RASK also represented the client in communications with the Financial Supervision Authority.
