RASK carried out a comprehensive legal analysis of the Rail Baltic project.
The National Audit Office commissioned RASK to carry out a judicial analysis of the obligations, responsibilities, risks, binding nature and other important factors that play a role in the implementation of the Rail Baltic project.
The 43-page analysis notes in detail the current responsibilities of the Republic of Estonia in relation to the project, identifies the threats that prevail over the concluded agreement and how they can be mitigated.
