RASK Represents the Bankruptcy Estate of Oliver Kruuda in Extensive Clawback Proceedings

RASK represents the bankruptcy trustee of Oliver Kruuda (in bankruptcy) in several extensive clawback proceedings aimed at increasing the bankruptcy estate and protecting the interests of creditors. Claims have been filed with the court seeking the reversal of the transfer of five properties previously owned by Kruuda, as well as the avoidance of his declaration of intent in civil proceedings in which a monetary claim of EUR 24.5 million was awarded by default judgment.

RASK also represents the bankruptcy trustee in a dispute seeking compensation of nearly EUR 12 million for damage caused by the transfer of Tere shares without consideration.

Oliver Kruuda was declared bankrupt in 2021. RASK is working to identify and recover transactions that may have harmed the interests of creditors.
