RASK advised BaltCap AS in exiting the gas infrastructure and trading company Energate OÜ. The company was acquired by a group of private investors.
RASK was responsible for creating the documentation for the transaction, as well as advising the deal.

Energate OÜ is the third largest network service provider and natural gas seller in Estonia today. Since 2008, Energate has acquired seven companies that sell natural gas and network services, and has expanded its operations all over Estonia.
