RASK consults on establishing a new private medical centre.
Case
RASK consulted the establishment of one of the largest private medical centre in the Baltics, the Kotka Health Centre in Tallinn. The new health centre accommodates several highly respected medical service providers such as The Dr Niin Dermato-Oncology Clinic, The Dr Jüri Kullamaa Clinic of Plastic Surgery, Sakala Dental Care, The Mammograph and Radiology Clinic, The Rosenthal Family Medical Centre, The Dr Jaan Reimand Eye Clinic, Benu Pharmacy and others.
As a result of RASK’s consultation, real estate was acquired for the construction of the Kotka Health Centre, and in February 2016, the main construction contract was signed with the building company and the first lease agreements were negotiated and concluded with the future tenants of the medical centre.
Kotka Health Centre is located in the Kristiine district in Tallinn, at Kotka 12, on the territory of the former Tallinn School of Service.
