RASK is consulting a client in connection with the route for the planned inner ring road in Tallinn, specifically regarding the road network to be built on property belonging to the client.
The necessity of an inner ring road for Tallinn, and the proposed route for it, is discussed in the Harjumaa County Plan 2030+ and the comprehensive plan for Rae municipality. It will also be included in the 2030+ comprehensive plan for the northern part of Rae municipality, which is currently being prepared. The planned route borders several private properties.
