RASK’s Attorneys-at-Law Marina Lapidus and Ken Kaarel Gross advised Lumi Retail Property Fund on the acquisition of the Maxima X grocery store property located at Raekoja Street 10, in the heart of Kuressaare Old Town. This marks the fund’s 22nd investment and its first transaction in Estonia in the past three years.
RASK’s team advised the buyer throughout the entire transaction process and conducted legal due diligence on the property. The firm’s work included both the legal management of the transaction and negotiations of the transaction documents with the seller.
Lumi Retail Property Fund, managed by Nuve Partners, focuses on grocery store properties in strategic locations, offering investors stable rental income. Following the Kuressaare acquisition, the fund’s portfolio comprises 22 properties in Latvia and Estonia, with plans to expand into Lithuania.
