RASK advised on collective redundancies at O’Learys restaurants
Case
RASK advised the Estonian operator of the O’Learys restaurant chain in connection with collective redundancies resulting from the closure of several restaurants in Estonia.
RASK supported the client throughout the entire collective redundancy process, assisting with all statutory stages and helping ensure a legally compliant and efficient implementation of the restructuring measures. The project was led by Annika Vait, Head of Employment Law at RASK, and supported by employment law specialists Silvia-Anna Geronditi, Kai Villemson and Mariann Avi-Allas.
This matter did not involve the O’Learys restaurant located in the Kristiine Centre in Tallinn, which continues to operate and currently remains the only O’Learys restaurant in Estonia.
