As a attorney with extensive disputes experience, Viviana assists our attorney-at law's primarily in corporate, administrative and criminal dispute resolution.
Viviana has worked as a lawyer in the private sector, the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, and the Secretariat of the Consumer Disputes Committee. She has also completed extensive internship programmes at the Northern District Prosecutor’s Office and with a senior investigator at the Northern Prefecture. She wrote her master’s thesis on criminal proceedings, focusing on the impact of legal practitioners’ awareness and attitudes on the successful application of restorative justice in criminal proceedings in Estonia.
Viviana’s meticulousness and extensive experience of various public authorities make her a valued member of the RASK disputes team. Alongside dispute resolution, Viviana also assists RASK clients in contractual and administrative matters.
