Artur Sanglepp

Artur Sanglepp is an attorney-at-law who primarily advises companies operating in the defence and defence technology sectors, as well as those involved in strategic goods. His work focuses on the legal structuring of internationally regulated activities, the execution of complex transactions, and finding practical solutions in a rapidly changing business environment.


Artur works with companies throughout the entire business lifecycle – from market entry and business model development to international cooperation, exports, and investments. His advisory practice combines regulatory expertise, transaction experience, and a practical understanding of how the defence sector operates.


Artur Sanglepp is one of the few Estonian attorneys with experience working on-site in Ukraine and providing direct legal counsel to defence industry companies from Ukraine and NATO countries operating there. He has also participated in sector-specific cooperation and development initiatives, including serving as a mentor at Darkstar events in Kyiv and speaking at defence technology and defence industry conferences and industry events.
