Successful representation of tech company Hepta and its shareholders in intellectual property disputes

RASK's attorney-at-law, Andrei Svištš, successfully represented Hepta Group Airborne OÜ and its shareholders in several court disputes related to the shareholders' previous research work and their subsequent collaboration with Hepta Group Airborne OÜ, as well as the ownership issues regarding the company's industrial design solution.
During the legal proceedings, it was confirmed that the company's shareholders had not used intellectual property derived from previous research in Hepta's business activities. Additionally, with the court's help, the ownership of the European industrial design for the helicopter-type drone platform, which was part of Hepta's development at the time, was successfully secured.
