The new building at St John’s School will be
erected in the Nõmme district of Tallinn. Designed by SKAD Architects, it has
an estimated cost of 5,6 million euros. According to the agreement, the school
building will have one level above ground and one underground; it will house
classrooms, gyms, a library, café and canteen, and a church with a sacristy.
Streets, paths, squares and playgrounds will be built around the school.
RASK will continue to represent the client until
the building is properly completed.
