Case
RASK's team, including attorneys Keidi Kõiv, Omar Kõiv, and Timo Kullerkupp, advises the organisation on, among other matters, employment and collaboration agreements, partnerships, data protection and GDPR issues. The advisory work covers, among other things, data protection issues related to student surveys and the development of a legal framework and practical guidelines for handling bullying cases.
The collaboration between RASK and Kiusamisvaba Kool began when Kiusamisvaba Kool was established, driven by the practical need to ensure the legal soundness of the organisation's operations and to build a strong legal foundation. Over time, this evolved into a comprehensive strategic partnership in which, in addition to providing legal advice, RASK also contributes to the development of anti-bullying initiatives from a legal perspective, including issues related to cyberbullying and the impact of new technologies.
