RASK Advises the AI Leap Program in Collaboration with Google and OpenAI

RASK Attorneys-at-Law is advising the AI Leap program on legal matters related to the implementation of artificial intelligence solutions in Estonian schools. The AI Leap program is an ambitious educational innovation initiative aimed at supporting meaningful learning and helping the Estonian education system adapt to the AI era in a conscious and responsible manner.
The program’s central principle is to create the conditions for artificial intelligence to empower learning and teaching, rather than replace them. The project is being implemented in collaboration with the world’s leading technology companies, including OpenAI and Google, alongside several Estonian entrepreneurs inspired by education and technology.
RASK's team, led by partner Timo Kullerkupp, has supported the client in preparing procurement contracts with international technology partners and in carrying out the entire procurement process. The goal was to help make bold yet well-considered decisions in a rapidly changing environment where both regulatory frameworks and risks are constantly evolving.
RASK also actively contributes to the day-to-day operations of the AI Leap program, including supporting the development of effective solutions that enable interested organisations and individuals to support, through donations, the formation of Estonian schoolchildren into the world’s smartest and Estonia’s positioning as a leader in artificial intelligence.
