RASK Advised Bisly on Securing €4.3 Million Funding Round to Expand in Europe

Law firm RASK provided legal counsel to the Estonian technology company Bisly in securing a €4.3 million funding round that will enable the AI-powered building automation technology provider to further accelerate its expansion into the Central and Western European markets.

RASK’s team supported the client through the entire transaction process, including the structuring of the financing agreement, negotiations, and drafting of contractual terms.

The transaction was led by RASK’s attorney-at-law and co-head of the technology sector practice, Karl Erik Esko, in collaboration with attorney-at-law Karl-Kristjan Kahm.
