RASK advised Summus Capital on the divestment of a shopping centre to INDEXO Real Estate Fund

RASK advised the leading real estate investment company Summus Capital on the sale of the Auriga shopping centre in Saaremaa to INDEXO Real Estate Fund AS, managed by Provendi Asset Management AIFP. The transaction was handled by RASK Partner and Attorney-at-Law Timo Kullerkupp and Attorney-at-Law Karl-Kristjan Kahm.
As a result of the transaction, Summus Capital divested a commercial property with strong tenants and stable cash flow, allowing the company to focus on larger and higher-growth real estate projects in the Baltics and Poland. The sale forms part of Summus Capital’s long-term strategy to strengthen its investment portfolio and enhance asset value.
