RASK advised Sera on raising €1.5 million

Case

The Estonian AI-based export sales startup Sera raised €1.5 million to automate some of the most time-consuming tasks in global sales – compiling sales lists, conducting preliminary research on contacts and sending personalized cold emails.

The investment round was led by Finnish venture capital fund Maki VC, with participation from Specialist VC and Ready Player Me co-founder Kaspar Tiri. From Sera’s previous funding round, also advised by RASK, investors included Markus Villig, founder of Bolt.

RASK’s team, led by attorney-at-law Karl Erik Esko, advised Sera on the legal preparation of the funding process, ensuring the smooth execution of the investment and the involvement of international investors.

Already used by several Estonian export-driven companies, Sera helps solve a key obstacle to export expansion by offering a digital sales agent that operates globally and in multiple languages.
