The round was led by Practica Capital, with participation from Inventure. Roleo’s angel investors include Bolt founder Markus Villig, Hedosophia’s chief people officer Kristina Lilleõis, Pipedrive’s former chief technology officer Sergei Anikin and Wise’s first product manager Henrik Bohman. The company will use the funding to expand across European markets.
Estonian company Roleo was founded by Janer Gorohhov, a co-founder of Veriff, and Vahur Hansen, who worked on Wise’s early engineering team. The company is developing a personal AI career agent that helps technology professionals find career opportunities matching their experience and expectations.
