RASK advised Handhold on €3M Seed funding round
Case
RASK advised Handhold on its €3 million Seed funding round, led by Entourage Capital, with participation from Inovia Capital and e2vc, as well as several prominent angel investors.
The transaction was led by senior associate Karl Erik Esko with support from associate Liise Saar and lawyer Kertu-Liis Rannik.
Handhold is building an AI-agent platform designed to replace fragmented software buying journeys with AI-powered account managers. Its agents support prospects and customers across the full lifecycle – from first interaction to renewal – by qualifying leads, delivering tailored demos, guiding onboarding, and managing customer relationships around the clock.
The platform enables companies to increase conversion while allowing sales teams to focus on mid-market and enterprise customers, addressing the limitations of traditional product-led and sales-led models.
Karl Erik added: “We’ve been sharing the road with the Handhold team for several years now, through different products and all the twists, turns, and triumphs. Handhold’s success in today’s hottest tech sector is the result of their unwavering determination, and it’s a pleasure to be part of the experience as an equal partner – not as someone holding their hand :).
RASK advised the client throughout the transaction, including structuring and negotiating the investment, ensuring a smooth and efficient execution of the funding round.
