RASK advised Foxway on its technology centre expansion project

Case

RASK attorney-at-law Karl-Kristjan Kahm and lawyer Kertu-Liis Rannik advised Foxway on legal matters related to the expansion of its technology centre in Tartu, Estonia.

The legal advice covered all legal aspects of the expansion, including the negotiation and structuring of the framework agreements for the large-scale development project, with the aim of ensuring the project’s smooth implementation within the scheduled timeline.

Foxway plans to expand its largest technology centre in Tartu, Estonia, by approximately 10,000 square meters, bringing the building’s total floor area to around 17,000 square meters by the end of 2027. As a result of the expansion, Foxway will merge the functions previously spread across two buildings into a single location, thereby creating better conditions for developing automation, optimising logistics processes, and supporting future growth.

Foxway is a circular technology company that offers consumer electronics buyback, rental, and resale services to businesses, the public sector, and resellers. The company was founded in Sweden and operates across Europe with more than 1,100 employees, over 500 of whom are based in Tartu. Foxway’s main export markets include France, Germany, Spain, Italy, and the Scandinavian countries.
