Elvi Tuisk
Elvi specializes in constitutional and administrative law, as well as intellectual property. She primarily advises clients in the fields of administrative, environmental, construction, planning, and tax law. Elvi has represented clients in various disputes concerning school closures and has provided ongoing legal counsel to local governments. She has experience resolving both administrative and court disputes and representing clients in different interactions with public authorities. Elvi has worked on constitutional and state liability matters and has represented clients in several landmark cases.
In addition to administrative law, she has dealt with intellectual property issues and shared her expertise in trainings and seminars. Elvi is fluent in Estonian, English, Russian, German, and French.
Her diverse experience in the public sector and in administrative law makes her a valuable member of RASK’s administrative law team.
