RASK consults ice cream producer La Muu on conversion and fundraising through Funderbeam.

Case

RASK consulted Estonia's first producer of craft ice cream, the highly valued La Muu ecobrand, on converting the company, bringing in new shareholders and increasing share capital, including fundraising on the Funderbeam crowdfunding platform.

RASK consulted La Muu on selling shares to Skyr, an investment company run by former executives of Premia Foods. In addition to organising the share sale, RASK was also responsible for converting the company from a private to a public limited company.

RASK also prepared the necessary documentation for raising funds on Funderbeam. It took the popular ice cream producer just 10 hours to achieve the initial target of 400,000 euros in investment proposals, which reached almost 1 million euros in 2 days.

La Muu AS is the first producer of organic ice cream in Estonia. The company was established in 2012, quickly growing into one of the most beloved ice cream brands in the country.

Skyr OÜ is an investment company run by Katre Kõvask, Silver Kaur and Erik Haavamäe, former executives of Estonia’s largest and oldest ice cream producer, Premia (previously Premia Foods AS).
